our first solution is ready (following your request); waiting for your suggestions and feedback regarding it.
As I wrote to you, Our focus is to create your proposal with perfect balance between your needs, cost and quality, unique for each different couple, in order to have no surprises.
We try to cover all your needs, respecting our Italian and Umbrian food culture using local products and traditional preparations.

Our wedding proposal includes:

  • The use of the venue from 8th to 10th September 2025. (Exclusive use of the whole property for the Wedding Day.)   2 nights of stay until 16 people shared in 7 units (with an extra cost the number could arrive at 24 using the extra beds).
    Week-day option with wedding day on Tuesday and checkout on Thursday morning within 09:30 a.m.
  • Complete wedding dinner reception for minimum guarantee 90 guests. (Food, Wine and Catering: 6 hours of service).

The Venue

The venue

Our offer includes the exclusive use of the whole venue for the day of the event (including swimming pool, gym area, garden, etc.). The main building has shared in five units where your guests enjoy their stay during the wedding event.

Apartments & Rooms

  • Moro: Full optional apartment - 2 + 4 sleeps (1 double bedroom, 2 double sofa bed). This is the suite with private sauna usually reserved for the bride and groom;
  • Verbena: Double room - 2 sleeps;
  • Melograno: Full optional apartment - 2 + 2 sleeps (1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed);
  • Acero: Full optional apartment - 2 + 2 sleeps (1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed);
  • Tiglio: Full optional apartment - 2 + 2 sleeps (1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed);

Services included: breakfast kit on arrival, air conditioning use, bed-linen/ towels (3 a person), weekly bed linen and towels change, coffee maker, small courtesy pack in the bathroom, free Wi-Fi, TV Sat., private parking with an “automatic gate rifle”, use of the new gym area with a view of the olive grove, use of the panoramic swimming pool and sun beds around.

Service not included: daily cleaning, bed-linen and toilet towels extra change, etc.

Additional rooms: for the your relatives and friends who can’t sleep at Tenuta dei Mori we selected different accommodations: 3-4 star hotels, B&Bs, holiday homes, in the country nearby the venue or in Perugia city, which is only about 12 km away.

Shuttle service: we provide you with one or two shuttle (depending your needs 18 pax or more each) with a professional driver who connect your guests from Perugia to Tenuta dei Mori and return.

During 2017 season, all our accommodations has been completely renovated with a new “Country-Chic/Shabby” style giving a very actual and luxury atmosphere.

The Property, with a big garden of about 2 hectares, a large panoramic swimming pool with a complete furniture and hydro massage area; is a relaxing and comfortable residence, where guests enjoy faultless service and an incomparable atmosphere in surroundings that are cared for in every detail.

Our property is located in a strategic place from which it is quite easy to reach some of the most beautiful places between Umbria and Tuscany, such as Perugia, Deruta, Todi, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza.

Our new large panoramic room is perfect for special lunch or dinner with a breath-taking view in any weather condition thanks to the big glass walls. Our food and beverage services are provided from one of the most famous Catering Company who respect the real Umbrian food culture.

The Ceremony

The symbolic ceremony

Tenuta dei Mori has many beautiful landscape spot; having the exclusive use, you may set the symbolic ceremony where you prefere.

For the new season you’ll choose your favourite arrangement between our arch or our new circle. Depending on the weather condition and your preferences, our florist could realized your favourite symbolic ceremony preparation creating your personalized atmosphere.

On request we can provide you also an celebrant/interpreter and also an audio system with a microphone and speakers can be provided using during the ceremony.

The Catholic ceremony

If you need, we’ll help you to find a right Church for your celebration; just in case we have one about 300 mt far from Tenuta dei Mori which is an ancient building of the small village of Villanova.

A hairstylist and a professional make-up artist will be available for both of you, groom and bride, for the wedding day.

Open bar & barman

Open bar service with professional barman, will start from the cut of cake moment and will finish within 3 hours (close to the end of the event).

The service usually includes all the classic drinks, cocktails and long drinks (using glass and polycarbonate glasses) with the possibility, on request, to compose a personalized list with the theme of the evening or according to the tastes of the couple.

The proposal includes all the necessary accessories, service counters, all products for the preparation of drinks: materials, ice, soda, soft drinks and a selection of top quality spirits, professional staff and in the number necessary to provide our best service.

We can create your personalized (from traditional to modern cake design) wedding cake; following your tastes and your favourite design. Our pastry will realized your dessert and deliver it directly to the location about an hour before eating it in order to guarantee freshness and quality.

Live Music & DJ set

Our venue has a sound diffusion system hidden in the garden (pool area and dining room) and on the artificial rocks externally (panoramic terrace and wooden gazebo).

You could give us your favorite playlist to add to our system setting your personal music style.

Alternatively, respecting the laws disposition, we could offer you various live solutions, for the different event day moments: DJ set, live acoustic jazz band, classic with acoustic instrument, duo with voice and guitar, and more.

Photo & Video

We usually provide you three different photographers who know the place and its peculiarities. During your preliminary visit to the estate we will show you their work to choose the one you prefer.

Photo shoot with two photographers available from preparation (dressing and make-up) to final wedding cake cutting. High resolution files will be delivered by USB pen-drive.

On request we may add also a Video service maker with one or two more person and also a Drone service.

A local farmer come here during the reception to prepare in real time a Mozzarella cheese that you may add in your lunch-dinner menu, discovering a typical local food.

The day before or the day after the event, you may have a BBQ Service with only a typical local Umbrian roasted meat selection.

Our Cooks will works live (you may take a picture during the preparation) on our Barbecue Building and we can serve it outside in an informal atmosphere.

The service starts with a typical Umbrian appetizer (including a local food such as pork meat, vegetables and cheese selection), after that roast meat and finishing with a fruit’s selection.

You may choose your favorite drinks, on request with extra price.

Pizza party

In an informal atmosphere, the day before the event, under our beautiful wooden gazebo using our typical wooden oven, you can enjoy a special “Italian pizza time” discovering our food tradition and ancient style.

Our Cooks will prepare a real Italian pizza live (you may take a picture during the preparation) with your favorites ingredients that you can taste with your relatives and friends.

The service starts with a typical Umbrian appetizers (including a local food such as pork meat, vegetables and cheese selection with Vegetarian option too), after that many kinds of pizza and finishing a fruits selection.

Every morning, at your favorite time, we will have a picnic basket in front of your apartment with everything you need to start your day with a fresh and healthy breakfast.

Breakfast in room consists of a convenient service that includes: croissants / homemade cake, fresh bread, local cheese and pork meat selection, yogurts, organic centrifuged fruit, milk, organic jam, coffee pods.

In the large panoramic common room will be served a buffet breakfast. You can find a wide selection of sweet and savory products, all fresh and locally sourced, such as bread, cheese, local pork meat selection, eggs, homemade cakes and centrifuged organic fruit. All embellished with a relaxing atmosphere perfect to start the day.

The service is for minimum 10 people and takes 1 hour and a half, you decide your favourite timetable, starting from 9:00 am.

If you want to complete your dining room settings with a coordinate paper materials, such as meal menu, table placeholder, table name, personal table map, order of the day, welcome sign, etc. Normally we set all of them following your favorite colour, style and preference.

The most beautiful remember of your special event at Tenuta dei Mori will be leave a real Italian-Umbrian taste to your relatives and friends; our Organic Olive Oil or a typical Italian Limoncello in a special small glasses bottle (perfect to put in travel luggage) it’s one of our special ideas that we will may discuss together here.

We provide one or two shuttles (depending on your needs from 20 to 50 seats each) with professional driver to transfer your guests from Perugia to Tenuta dei Mori and back.
